Founded by Dr. Guocheng Pan, the former Director of Planning of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and executed by Mr. Jiping Sun, HKUPI brings together numerous well-known experts who have led the evolution of Hong Kong city and experts from the Mainland who have rich practical experience, being active in the field of urban consultation. Through academic exchanges, comprehensive research, professional consultation and service platforms, HKUPI has expanded its cooperation with government departments, professional societies, famous universities, scientific research institutions and well-known enterprises to provide high-quality professional services for the development and construction of cities across the Great China area and for the rapid urbanization of Mainland.
